Alexandra Désilets received her first diploma in Fitness and health promotion at Algonquin College in 2016. Her passion for movement and injury prevention led her to pursue further education in the Intensive Massage therapy Program at Algonquin College, where she received her second diploma in 2020. During Alex’s schooling she acquired experience treating varsity athletes, sports injuries, prenatal, clients suffering with chronic pain or acute injuries, and helping clients with general physical discomforts. After playing competitive soccer for 10 years and experiencing injuries requiring surgery and rehabilitation. She was motivated to learn more about health, fitness and rehabilitation, in order to get back into being able to participate in things that she loves doing. This has now led Alex to be able to enjoy a variety of outdoor activities, from down hill skiing, snowshoeing and snowmobiling in the winter, to water skiing, hiking, and kayaking in the summer. She believes it is important to incorporate exercise; strength training and mobility movement into her treatment plans to help better her clients into returning what they love to do most.

Dr. Stephanie Bonneau grew up playing competitive hockey and soccer, and continues to play recreational sports today. After a high school co-op placement at a chiropractic rehabilitation facility, she knew that was exactly what she was meant to do.
Stephanie is passionate about promoting health and wellness to help people recover from injuries and live pain free.
After graduating from the University of Windsor with a Bachelor of Human Kinetics, she completed four years of intensive evidence-based study at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto, graduating as Doctor of Chiropractic, Magna Cum Laude.
Dr. Bonneau is also certified in Smart Tools instrument assisted soft tissue therapy and Shift Concussion Management.

Adam Bourne received his Honours Bachelor of Kinesiology from Lakehead University in 2015. He then decided to further his interest in healing the human body by taking the Advanced Massage Therapy Diploma program at Algonquin College.
In his off time, Adam enjoys getting outside and being active all year round. He is a member of the Canadian Ski Patrol and spends the winter months on the ski hill. In the summer, he spends time mountain biking in Gatineau Park, fishing, and playing outdoor sports.
Adam takes great pride in helping people achieve their treatment goals, whatever they may be. He takes a focused approach to treatment; looking at areas of high tension, postural imbalances, chronic and/or acute injuries, and helping his clients understand what they can do to continue their progress.
